Job Duties and Responsibilities
Senior Software Test Engineer sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO.
Implement rapid delivery of quality software. Lead teams across multiple lines of business to deliver features and new capabilities using Agile methodologies. Deliver functional and automated testing in both our Non-Prod and Production systems. Lead and mentor team of software test engineers which includes both onshore and offshore team members. Hire and retain top talent on the team. Develop and mentor direct reports. Provide technical leadership to the team. Support the team in driving towards implementation targets. Drive innovative thinking within the team to look at new approaches to solve business problems with technology. Facilitate and drive a continuous improvement mindset and work environment.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a closely related field plus 5 years of work experience in job offered or similar software quality assurance role. Also requires 5 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- All phases of the software and testing life cycle - inception through deployment
- QA/Testing practice development and delivery leadership in Agile (Waterfall) environment
- Agile projects such as Scrum
- Test management tools such as HP ALM and test orchestration tools including Jenkins, Git CI/CD
- UI and API automation testing

Compensation: $130,686.00/Year - $130,686.00/Year
