Corporate Banking is a technology centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing, an increasing appetite from customers for integrated systems and access to supporting data. This means that technology is more important than ever for the Business.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in the full agile application development lifecycle, focusing on automated testing, of Java applications, Microservices, and reusable components to support overall project objectives

  • Leverage Behavior Driven Development (BDD) to build software that is reliable and easy to support in production

  • Must be adaptable to different responsibilities, and possess strong communications skills in order to work effectively with team members and stakeholders

Skills You’ll Need

  • Demonstrable experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD), with hands-on experience with testing framework: Junit, Cucumber, Selenium

  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)

  • Experience of Agile Development methodologies

  • Experience with performance/load/stress testing

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Mentoring Test Automation Engineer and ability to provide insight to peers

  • Strong communication skills across development and infrastructure teams for end-to-end delivery

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000.00 to $142,250.00. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
