Details of the Division and Team:

This position will be involved in DSI local financial accounting and related tasks including capital calculation, planning, and responding other regulatory and financial demands internally/externally.

Your key responsibilities:

DSI local financial control by arranging and leading team in manila and vendor

• Monthly financial close, Annual financial close
• Handling Annual external audit
• Daily Capital monitoring
• DSI annual planning
• DSI dividend payment process
• Related project handing
• Regulatory reporting handing (outside of financial reporting)
• No direct staff in Tokyo but expect to manage staff in Manila and DTT

Your skills and experience:

• Local securities financial close and accounting experience is preferable.
• Japanese CPA and related skills is also preferable but not a must requirement.
• Any experience in Securities industry with strong wish to pursue accounting and regulatory reporting experience would be OK as long as the person fit to our team and culture.
• Strong teamwork and innovative thinking is also required.
• Educated to University degree level
• Native level Japanese and business English
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Teamwork and innovative thinking
• Accounting knowledge is preferable
• Securities industry experience is preferable.
