Work you’ll do
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Finance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, Oracle Cloud full life cycle implementation, and a strong background in finance. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving successful financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Lead proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative financial solutions that meet client needs.

Oracle Cloud Full Life Cycle Implementation:
- Lead and manage Oracle Cloud full life cycle implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud functionalities, best practices, and integration with existing systems.
- Conduct thorough assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Financial Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and performance metrics.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

The Oracle Offering provides services to modernize clients’ business and core environments. Teams provide the latest technology innovations around cloud, digital, mobility and social collaboration. They also help clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry-specific solutions to improve flexibility, scalability, and cost management. Practitioners deliver “heart of the business” projects and work closely with client leaders in finance, logistics, manufacturing, shop floor, scheduling, engineering and design, IT, and project management. Teams assess current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities across clients’ enterprises.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on business development and Oracle Cloud full life cycle implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex financial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and implementation methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
