Job Description

The Senior Manager, Finance – Money Movement will provide support to the leaders and give details on Money Movement revenue by client. The Senior Finance Manager will collaborate with regional finance teams and business partners to better understand our clients and how they affect our P&L. The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a model to provide insights at the client level for top clients in each region.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, analytical skills, relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and the ability to navigate a complex business organizational structure. The ideal candidate will be able to work well autonomously and establish relationships across various business units/departments.

This role will have exposure to key Global and Regional Money Movement teams and their respective Finance Partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as one of the global leads for Money Movement revenue insights
  • Design, build and maintain a revenue model for the Global Money Movement business unit to provide visibility into critical KPIs
  • Manage and consolidate information from various data sources requiring multiple calculations
  • Incorporate flexibility into revenue model to allow for manual adjustments, historical restatements and other entries as needed
  • Collaborate with global, regional and functional teams to align on detailed business drivers
  • Analyze current growth trends and changes from upcoming business developments
  • Proactively identify impacts from regional and global deals
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by various Money Movement stakeholders
  • Liaison with the global systems team on long-term project to improve and automate reporting
  • Active participant and teammate to Global, Regional and corporate counterparts in promoting best practices and collaboration

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Strong business acumen and multi-functional business experience a plus
- Demonstrated program leadership capabilities to drive key financial processes
- Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
- Solution-oriented and great problem solver, ability to strike balance between compliance / governance requirements and achieving business outcomes
- Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,100.00 to 164,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
