  • Manage social media governance programs, in partnership with the Digital Governance team.
  • Partner with the Governance team to onboard Visa’s vendor for social media surveillance and ensuring 100% of Priority 1 social media account alerts (i.e., brand Visa-related) are successfully brought back into Governance and/or are escalated to Visa’s Trademark Legal team for takedown.
  • Ensure operational excellence in Visa's approach to social media operations by ensuring ongoing maintenance of integrated inventories (SharePoint, Facebook Business Manager, Visa’s credential management platform ERPM) with Sprinklr.
