The Pharmacy Intake Innovation team is a dynamic team within Retail Store Operations aimed to support the business and our retail colleagues while upholding and reinforcing regulatory and compliance standards. This position involves identifying and designing opportunities to address business challenges. This colleague designs solutions for business problems and works as part of a larger team that is making larger workflow change while keeping our colleagues at the heart of everything we do. By providing data driven insights to inform key initiatives and evolve the colleague experience, you will be a critical part of designing innovative new programs including the application of Gen AI and Machine Learning to support prescription processing. This position will routinely interact with many of the following groups: Product Development, Pharmacy Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Quality & Safety, Field Leadership and Enterprise partners, along with industry partners across organizations such as NCPDP. The ideal candidate must be a strong collaborator, influencer and demonstrate a high level of growth mindset.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Tactical Project Execution – 50%
- Collaborate on the creation of strategic roadmaps
- Execute on tactical steps within project plans with minimal support
- Partner across departments in the enterprise to support the execution of project plans
- Partner with IT to develop requirements as needed for projects
- Partner with Sr. Manager to communicate plans, risks, and opportunities from working team up to executive leadership
Field Support and Communication Strategy – 25%
- Support the Sr. Manager in writing field communications and managing communications touchpoints for field support
- Support the creation of field facing materials for key touchpoints such as Sr Leader Field meetings & Leadership conferences
- Support the Sr. Manager in developing an effective field communication strategy for each program
Analytics – 25%
- Support reporting and analysis for deep dive/follow up questions related to progression towards shared goals
- Translate data insights into meaningful insights and actions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
- 5+ years experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals
- 5+ years experience influencing without authority
- Self-directed requiring little direction
- Strong ability to review data and create strong business insights that influence outcomes
- Leverages a continual improvement mindset to create simplicity and improve the colleague and customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
- Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
- Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly-sensitive or highly-visible business matters
- Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
- Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Delivers high quality professional communications, presentations, responses and analyses on a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree or PharmD
- 8+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
- 8+ years experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals
- 8+ years experience influencing without authority
- Experience directly leading a team
- Experience applying Gen AI and Machine Learning
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge a plus
Education
Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
