As People Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to support our key initiatives and strategies of our People Project Management Office and report to the Director of People PMO. Your contribution will be substantial, as you establish cases, set goals, and build cross-functional plans, while defining meaningful metrics and measurements.

We are building an outstanding People function, and our Project Managers contribute to that vision. We operate as part of a dynamic, forward-thinking organization and this role provides a chance to roll-up your sleeves and be part of the movement to drive initiatives to move the company from strategy to execution.

What you’ll do:

  • You will collaborate with the People Leadership team and others to develop strategies that advance People Team goals and company objectives, crafting actionable plans for implementing important initiatives, and guiding the project team towards achievements and goals.

  • Collaborate with partners across the organization to balance priorities against business needs and resources to ensure appropriate staffing, prioritization and load balancing for key projects and initiatives.

  • Proactively and consistently identify risks and dependencies across PMO projects, develop strategies to address them, and ensure clarity and alignment among collaborators.

  • Encourage active collaboration with our project partners. This includes establishing a clear governance system and regularly providing proactive updates on project status to different audiences (including executives).

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management and communications plans in collaboration with our Internal Communications partners to support organizational change efforts and ensure successful adoption.

  • Ensure continuous learning and improvement through robust post mortems and recommendations for future improvements.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree; M.B.A. or other advanced degree

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or human resources strategy; experience with a rapidly scaling business strongly preferred.

  • Experience working as a PM in an environment going through rapid transformation and change.

The salary range for this position is $105,400 - $155,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
