About This Team
Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining backend services that support our Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) product. We play a crucial role in ensuring millions of users worldwide can securely access their desktops and applications from anywhere. As we continue to scale, we are enhancing our system automation, security, and cloud operations, requiring strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, scripting, and system configuration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend cloud services in Azure and AWS.
- Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and Security teams to build secure and high-performing solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency through logging, monitoring, and tuning.
- Participate in Agile development (Scrum, Sprints) and establish best practices for code quality, unit testing, and CI/CD.
- Debug and troubleshoot performance, security, and operational issues across Windows and Linux environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in backend development with C#/.NET and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Strong Linux experience, including system configuration, debugging, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of database management (MS SQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) policies, RBAC, and security hardening in cloud environments.
- Background in high-availability architectures and disaster recovery strategies.
