Job Description

• 24/7 production support for .NET applications troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose issues leveraging monitoring tools to identify performance bottlenecks and system anomalies.
• Should have strong communication skills and should be able to work with client team independently.
• maintain monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and Alert Site to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
• Participate in incident response conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and enhance operational documentation including runbooks playbooks and incident response protocols.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers QA and product management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in ongoing SRE initiatives.
