Job Title: Marketing Analytics Data Scientist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Data Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure required for our AI-assisted marketing intelligence tool. This role involves working with large datasets, ensuring data quality, and implementing efficient data pipelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with data scientists, AI architects, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions that drive business intelligence and marketing insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support AI and machine learning models.
  • Ensure the data infrastructure is robust, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Integrate data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, external datasets) into a centralized data repository.
  • Implement data management best practices, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the data engineering process.
  • Stay ahead of with the latest advancements in data engineering, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.
  • Build and lead dashboards and reports to track data pipeline performance and key metrics.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data engineering, big data (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.), or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data services.
  • Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience working with marketing data and understanding marketing analytics.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is to $140,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
