Job description:

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work closely with Business Product Owner in an Agile environment for product deployment, improvement and/or roll-out that support the business processes (e.g., management of human biological samples, definition of clinical assays and lab testing activities)!

Key responsibilities:

  • We will collaborate closely with end-users: Understand and becomes authoritative in the processes supported by the systems; Lead exploratory workshops w/ different techniques (e.g., story mapping, wireframing, etc.); Collect, formalize, challenge and endorse business requirements (in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria); Present demos!
  • Coordinate testing sessions: Liaise with TECH team members to organize all development phases (sprints definition, demo, testing phase, migration, validation, launch, etc.); Write system development-related documentation (user requirements, test protocols, migration requirements, user manual, etc.)
  • Perform deep and intensive exploratory testing of the solution as well as formal validation. Ensure adequate communication to customers and sponsors. Ensure regular and efficient follow-up and customer concern of actions, decisions, risks and issues.
  • Support and chip in significantly to organizational change activities: accompany the users through changes on their processes. Chip into the team Agile transformation: process, ways of working set-up, tools, etc.
  • Ensure product and system training and sharing of knowledge. Point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to the system. Mitigate and resolve information system issues in a timely manner!
