Technical Product Manager – API-Driven NaaS Platform
Job requirements
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the development of an API-first, programmable networking platform. This person will work closely with engineering teams to build seamless partner integrations and deliver an intuitive, scalable, and secure experience for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have strong product sense, execution skills, and experience leading API-driven product development with a focus on B2B networking, cloud, and NaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. API-Driven Product Development
Define, prioritize, and execute on an API-first NaaS product roadmap with a focus on seamless network provisioning. Work with engineering teams to design, test, and deploy APIs for authentication, inventory, provisioning, billing, telemetry, and capacity checks. Drive developer experience (DX) by ensuring well-documented, secure, and scalable API integrations. 2. Partner Integrations & Ecosystem Strategy
Lead integration efforts with partners, ensuring smooth interconnectivity between platforms (e.g., sharing inventory, SSO, provisioning workflows). Define API contracts and authentication mechanisms to enable automated provisioning and multi-vendor orchestration. Ensure compatibility with TMF-compliant APIs and other industry standards. 3. Product Execution & Delivery
Own the end-to-end execution of features, driving alignment between product, engineering, and business teams. Establish and track KPIs for adoption, API performance, and partner integration success. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to enable a successful GTM strategy. 4. Network & Cloud Expertise
Understand network programmability, NaaS, and multi-cloud networking (AWS, GCP, Azure). Work with networking teams to optimize L2/L3 connectivity and interconnection strategies (NNI, ENNI, SD-WAN). Stay updated on emerging trends in AI-driven networking, telemetry, and automation. Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on API-driven, B2B networking, or cloud products. Proven track record of partner integrations, working with external vendors and cloud providers. Strong understanding of networking protocols, cloud connectivity, and NaaS models. Hands-on experience with API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT, SSO), and rate limiting. Execution-driven mindset – ability to drive features from concept to launch while working across multiple teams. Strong analytical and product sense – ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals. Experience with developer experience (DX) and API monetization models. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with TMF-compliant APIs and networking standards. Familiarity with IaC (Terraform), network automation, or AI-driven network optimization. Knowledge of SDN, NFV, and cloud networking architectures.
