Product Manager – Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

A Platform Product Manager will work with clients and, internal solution teams and technical consultants to understand their client's unique business requirements, guide technical consultants and help clients achieving their strategic goals (primarily related to their digital strategy involving Adobe Experience Cloud)
Responsibilities:
  • Act as “the business owner” and key strategic consultant for the clients.
  • Identify key business impacting use cases, prioritize them and build a roadmap of the use cases which can be implemented to build solutions solving customer problems.
  • Gather and groom functional and non-functional requirements which can be fed to design and engineering teams.
  • Own and run agile ceremonies such as Backlog grooming, Sprint planning
  • Work closely with the technical consultants to ensure implementation best practices are followed and optimize the implementation
  • Gather, document, and help form/guide KPIs and how to measure them
  • Support internal technical consultants, client's developers and third parties throughout the implementation process from a business perspective
  • Required Skills & Must haves:
  • 13-15 years of relevant experience with at least last 5-6 years as platform product owner/platform product manager
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 4-5 years focused on Adobe Analytics, AJO
  • 5-6 Years of experience in coaching and building Agile teams
  • Knowledgeable on data collection, data extraction, and analysis
  • AJO Business Practitioner certified (Good to have if sufficient experience is demonstrated)
  • Certification/experience demonstration in AEP, AA and other related Adobe platforms will be bonus
  • Industry certifications related to Product Management- CSPO/Safe POPM etc.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
