Job Summary
This position is responsible for revenue analytics, and calculating the financial impact of Revenue Integrity initiatives. Develops, analyzes, and maintains pricing strategies and models for the organization. This involves evaluating cost structures, market conditions, and reimbursement methodologies to ensure competitive and compliant pricing.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree required with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field of study
Experience
Experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or revenue management or related areas 3-5 years required and Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting 2-3 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and understanding healthcare market research.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, relational database and business intelligence tools, and relevant software (e.g., SQL, Enterprise Resource Planning systems).
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payer contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Organizational and project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines
- Customer service commitment, building and maintaining effective working relationships, anticipating needs by viewing work from customer perspective
- Intellectual ownership: accepting responsibility for successful completion of work
- Strategic and Critical thinking: understanding work in context of organizational goals and external environment, identifying implications and consequences of options presented
