-Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations and project performance.
-Evaluate current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Collaborate with department heads and teams to implement streamlined and efficient workflows.
-Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for operations and projects.
-Maintain organized documentation related to operations and projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
-Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
-Facilitate communication among project teams, department heads, and other stakeholders.
