About the Role:
Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced analyst to support Global Supply Chain Planning COE for run state and project work. This person will analyze, design, document, test and deliver business process solutions to meet business requirements. You will be closely partnering with our Global Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence workstreams as well as partners across the globe to ensure alignment between project and run state/enhancement work.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Create and/or Improve business processes engineering to support supply chain planning solutions.
- Process mapping, requirements gathering, design evaluation and testing to implement solutions.
- May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups.
- Provide business process and systems support to the end users.
- Resolve technical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and resolution.
- Create and maintain all required documentation per methodology and processes.
- Understand business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations.
- Appropriately construct and adhere to project plans, identify dependencies, and resource requirements, communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members on new projects and enhancement ideas.
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities
- Collaboratively work across different groups and divisions to achieve organizational goals and deliver timely solutions.
- Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology or combination of bachelor's and equivalent work experience
- 5+ years Supply Chain process and system implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of MRP, rough-cut capacity, and detailed scheduling processes
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to structure and perform data analysis.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational & time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills with a record of communicating complex concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff, including at senior executive levels.
- A positive attitude, innovative and creative thinker.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Systems Experience: SAP ECC / S4, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Atlassian Jira
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience writing business process and testing documentation.
- Experience demonstrating functionality and providing training and user support.
- Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences
