What's the role?

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Team to coordinate and drive execution for fintech integrations, internal process improvements, and new product launches. This role will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment within internal teams, tracking project progress, and providing clear status updates to management.

• Lead and coordinate projects across internal teams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate internal team syncs and provide regular project updates to management.
• Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work with teams to find solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Support process improvements and standardization efforts when applicable.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth project execution.

We'd love to see:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for project tracking.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address project risks.
