In this role, as part of continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, you will also be responsible for the orchestration (designing, coding, testing, and deployment) of workflow automation solutions using low to medium code platforms, streamlining operations, and reducing manual tasks. Your technical skills will be essential in developing and maintaining these automated processes, writing code and testing workflows to ensure they are efficient and effective. Overseeing multiple initiatives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives. You will work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to utilize data analysis tools in Excel to generate actionable insights will be vital in driving continuous improvement and informing senior management decisions. - Analyze and Improve Processes: Starting with data analysis, identify inefficiencies in workplace operations and implement strategies to enhance productivity and employee experience.
- Automate Using Technical Skills: Develop and implement workflow automation solutions coding/scripting in low to medium coding platforms, maintaining technical documentation.
- Conduct Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analysis tools in Excel to generate reports, and lead data-driven initiatives to optimize processes and workflow.
- Enhance the Employee Experience: Collaborate with departments to develop solutions that improve employee experience and implement feedback mechanisms.
- Manage Initiatives: Develop a roadmap and manage multiple projects in an Agile framework, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and automation solutions.
- Provide Training and Support: Train and support team members on new processes and automation tools.
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure process improvements and automation solutions comply with regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks.
- Pursue Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance workplace operations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Data-Driven Insights: Leveraged data analysis to generate insights and translate them into actionable business value projects.
- Coding Knowledge: Demonstrable experience with SQL, Python, or equivalent coding languages for data analysis and process automation.
- Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with low/medium code orchestration tools and advanced Python or other coding languages for process automation.
- Process Improvement History: Identified and implemented solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity in workplace operations.
- Proven Initiative Management: Successfully managed projects from design to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Agile Environment Experience: Proven experience delivering products and services efficiently in an Agile environment.
- Documentation Skills: Skilled in writing functional and technical documentation for project and process clarity.
- Articulate and Persuasive: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude for effective collaboration.
- Autonomous Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing tasks independently with high performance standards.

- Experience writing both functional and technical documentation
- Has worked with IWMS systems, such as Tririga
- Knowledge Of SAP® system
- Experience automating in a low code/no code environment, such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Experience with RPA, scripting, and utilizing common libraries and APIs
- Worked with ServiceNow Creator Workflows a plus
