Junior Salesforce Business Analyst

What You Will Do
- Help manage all aspects of our sales enablement platform including, but not limited to: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (f.k.a. “Pardot) and Salesloft.
- Ensure accuracy and availability of industry data within Salesforce by evaluating data sources and managing data uploads and integrations.
- Maintain and enhance processes that handle data entry errors such as duplicates, validation rules, etc.
- Support the user community in creating reports related to activity, opportunity growth, pipeline movement, asset wins, engagement, and transactions necessary for departments like Sales, Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and Investor Relations.
- Manage lead ingestion from webinars, events and website inquiries into Campaigns, with periodic analysis of the impact of campaigns.
- Configure Salesforce to be easy to use and actionable for the sales processes of each bespoke distribution channel.
- Support user community by troubleshooting application issues and hosting weekly “office hours” for Q&A.
- Train new and existing Salesforce users on how to best utilize the application.
- Maintain an ongoing list of identified gaps between business needs and our Salesforce application.
- Create, maintain and enhance documentation to reflect our processes and procedures for both end users and technical counterparts.
- Pull ad hoc data points and queries, and be able to articulate what they represent.
- Research and select third-party software vendors, as needed.
- Work with the Head of Sales Operations, the distribution organization, the marketing organization, and executives.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role owning Salesforce at an asset management firm.
- You have exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- You have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
