The Liquidity Product Team in GPS is responsible for managing over $500B of corporate and commercial deposits across ~40 different currencies. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration and multi-currency notional pooling. The team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyzes the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GPS response to regulatory changes/inquiries.

The Global Liquidity Product Management and Development team is responsible for managing a core set of Liquidity Products as well as developing new products and capabilities in the Liquidity Product space. The team seeks to empower and enable the organization through data enablement and product development while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation of new capabilities, creating a global product vision with corresponding Product roadmaps.

We are seeking a Liquidity Product Manager that will be a part of the Cash Concentration Product team. The Product Manager should have strong product management skills and work cross-functionally with internal business partners to manage and enhance the product set.

The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate efforts to ensure our approach to product risk management is consistent and effective across the team. Additionally, have experience identifying business development opportunities, developing a strategy and vision for the product, and executing on it while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Within this role we are looking for someone who has Product Management experience in cash products. This role is not for Product Management on the technical side.

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Liquidity and Cash Management products

- Familiarity managing products through the product lifecycle, including risk management

- Ability to breakdown problems, develop collaborative solutions, and drive results

- Experience delivering and leading cross functional projects

- Intellectually curious and have strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls

- Ability to mentor and manage junior colleagues

- Collaborative working habits

- Comfortable interacting with senior colleagues throughout the organization

- Understanding of Treasury Management (Global Payments Solutions) business

- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs

Minimum degree requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
