  • Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques to uncover meaningful insights into our workforce trends and behaviours, leading our data scientists to develop predictive models and algorithms.
  • Oversee the design and development of user-friendly dashboards and data visualization tools, partnering with front-end designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable data pipelines and storage solutions, leveraging cloud-based technologies such as AWS (e.g., DynamoDB, S3) to support our growing data needs.
  • Lead and coach team members in data engineering and backend development, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with HR leaders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that optimize talent acquisition, retention, and development efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in people analytics, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Partner with the Senior Director to prioritize initiatives and optimize workload for the team

  • Deep understanding of statistical methodologies and machine learning techniques, with a focus on their application in HR contexts.
  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
