Senior Engineering Manager

Atlassian is strategically focused in IT Service Management (ITSM) market through Jira Service Management as the core product.

The Asset Management team is targeting a multi-billion dollar market. This newly formed team is dedicated to developing the foundational technology that enables customers to manage billions of assets across various industries, including IT, Software, HR, Legal, and Facilities. Our platform must support extensibility and necessitate the storage of data with a non-fixed schema, enabling comprehensive analytics capabilities.

Additionally, the platform should empower customers to create their own automation and AI agents for each asset, guiding them through various lifecycle stages. Once we have established the underlying platform, our goal is to develop multiple vertical products tailored to specific industries. Each sector will require us to create industry-specific workflows and AI agents, which customers can customize to build their own tailored solutions.
