The Apple Wallet Payments and Commerce Marketing Enablement & Operations team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead, strategize, and complete marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams. This role plays a critical part in acquiring and engaging customers across Apple Wallet offerings—within the Apple ecosystem and in partnership with external collaborators. As a key liaison with Marketing, the Program Manager will help bring initiatives to life through flawless execution, continuous optimization, and insightful performance analysis that informs future direction. A strong emphasis is placed on driving impactful results while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, this position is responsible for enhancing process efficiency in marketing operations and campaign management to support scalable growth. Working closely with Marketing leads, Data Science & Analytics, and other Operations teams, the Program Manager will drive performance against key forecasts and find opportunities for continuous improvement across the organization.
