- Speak fluidly to influence technical and non-technical decision makers
- Excellent written, communication, and facilitation skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience presenting and engaging large audiences covering technically complex topics.
- Experience managing and developing external relationships.
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional technical projects in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Experience as developer advocate and assisting senior developer leadership to adopt capabilities and overcome technical and systematic complexities to drive adoption of new technology.
- Experience evangelizing new products and features to developers of all sizes and have the ability to influence technical and non-technical decision makers internally and externally.
- Experience working cross-functionally and developing relationships within and outside their team.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with an international team.
- Previous iOS development experience, including StoreKit.
- Experience and knowledge of all aspects of global e-commerce ecosystem/platform including its inherent risks (e.g. fraud, payments, subscriptions) and issues (e.g. low conversion).
