Description
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or a similar role.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Proficiency in using monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.
- Solid understanding of SLOs, SLIs, and KPIs.
- Experience in supporting and debugging applications within UNIX/Linux environments, using Java, code, Oracle DB, and Python Scripting.
- Familiarity with security best practices, including authentication, encryption, and SSL/TLS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
- Ability to drive improvements in system resilience and performance while balancing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and automation principles.
