- Experience in collecting data, reporting on key metrics, and developing dashboards to track performance and trends.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Tableau, Quip, Confluence, Slack, Wrike.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (i.e., Waterfall, Agile).
- Experience in risk/vulnerability management.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
