Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
- Possess strong interest in the modeling, simulation and analysis of computer
- systems.
- Extensive knowledge in computer architecture, software engineering,
- performance modeling, and SoC microarchitecture.
- Expert level grasp of at least 1 modern programming language: Python, Go, Java,
- etc.
- Strong analytical skills to work on ill-defined and challenging issues.
- Ability to work optimally in a highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills required to interact cross functionally with
- members from software and hardware teams.
- Creativity and curiosity about how things work beyond the classroom. Examples
- of projects brought to completion. Ability to study a problem in depth and
- independently design experiments, analyze data, and present results.
- You are results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and
- succeed.
- A PhD, equivalent research degree or practical experience in Computer Science,
- Computer Engineering or related areas.
- Familiarity with AI networks for example CNN, transformer and diffusion model
- architectures and their performance characteristics.
- Demonstrated experience with modeling and system performance analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership on cross-functional projects across HW, SW or
- Silicon.
- High tolerance for ambiguity. You find a way through. You anticipate. You
- connect and synthesize.
- Demonstrated experience in cultivating stakeholder relationships and
- influencing decisions with data.
