Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product merchandising, sales, supply chain, capacity planning or logistics
- Experience in point of sale readiness for channel partners
- Ability to apply sales analysis in development of merchandizing strategy
- Proficient in managing large data sets and deriving key insights
- Strong vendor management and budget management experience
- Solid expertise in Excel and Keynote
- Experience with Python
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Strong focus on problem solving with an ability to identify and implement scalable solutions
- Sharp eye for details with a “hands-on” and continuous improvement approach to identify inefficiencies and design process improvements
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical skills, and attention to details
- Experience working cross-functionally across all levels of a highly matrix organization
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Business Objects is preferred
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
