- Experience in Global Corporate Communications: Proven track record of producing global corporate communication meetings and deliverables, including events, presentations, and videos.
- Narrative Storytelling and Mixed Media Expertise: Strong business acumen with the ability to create compelling narratives using mixed media, speakers, and demonstrations. Experience producing technical presentations and video assets.
- Project Management and Multi-tasking: Ability to lead multiple projects at different stages of development, from ideation to production and execution.
- Strategic Thinking and Employee Experience: Deep understanding of employee experience and the ability to think strategically to create impactful programs.
- Change Management: Experience driving change management initiatives within a global team setting.
- Problem-solving and Adaptability: Extremely organized and forward-thinking problem solver who can adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Engagement and Program Development: Intuitive sense of creating impactful people programs that cut through the noise and effectively engage team members across diverse channels and platforms.
- Collaboration and Communication: Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with strategists and creative producers, and sharing necessary information effectively. Open to receiving and incorporating cross-discipline feedback.
