Description
The Product Design Producer drives the successful execution of design projects by handling timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures smooth workflows, aligns collaborators, and keeps the team passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centered designs. With a strong blend of organizational skills, communication, and a deep understanding of design processes, the Design Producer bridges the gap between creativity and efficiency to bring innovative products to life.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Shown experience in design production, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a product design or technology environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Strong understanding of design workflows, processes, and deliverables.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between designers, engineers, and collaborators.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.

- Experience working in Digital Support, consumer products, or e-commerce industries.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.
