Description
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience in ML Infrastructure space
- 3+ years of working in a large matrixed organization
- 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials
- Demonstrated ability to execute, plan and define product roadmap
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch or MxNet) and/or GPU development experience
- Familiarity working on ML Lifecycle areas with at least 2 or 3 of the areas in Data, Training, Inference.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to explain sophisticated technical topics to non-experts

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical product/program management experience covering some or as many of the following areas as possible: ML training, software and computing architectures.
- Strong desire to learn, aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.
- Proficiency in multitasking and leading sophisticated programs with a track record in launching outstanding platforms to market.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experienced closely working with engineering leaders, data science teams, and other organizations to synchronize efforts and prioritize projects that improve product impact and value.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly (realtime) triage, prioritize, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence a diverse set of internal Apple and external public cloud stakeholders
