Description
Are you passionate about transforming and optimizing business processes? Join our team as an Automation Project Manager and manage a portfolio of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects across Worldwide Operations. We collaborate with functional organizations within Apple to scale new technologies across digital initiatives. A successful individual is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and meticulous; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving issues. •Lead the ideation, prototyping, and business justification/validation of solutions •Work closely with engineering teams on technical development and deployment of high-quality solutions •Lead the execution of scalable solutions to support core internal customer needs and to improve process efficiencies •Process re-engineer to build out enhancements •Program management of RPA initiatives - scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and implementation •Driving the delivery and execution of business process solutions, focusing on continuous improvement •Comfortable and flexible in managing across various projects
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams to deliver intelligent process automation projects
- Technical expertise and deep understanding of robotic process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
- Results oriented and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
- 4+ years of experience with robotic process automation
