WHAT YOU'LL DO: As the Senior Engineering Manager for App Store App, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic group that works at the intersection of many different teams at Apple. Partnering closely with design, product, and other engineering groups across Apple, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a strategic roadmap that balances the needs of a diverse set of collaborators. Your leadership will help drive initiatives that make the App Store an even more compelling destination for customers and developers alike. Minimum Qualifications
- 5 + year in a leadership role
- Experience delivering Technical Excellence: A strong technical foundation in building apps on Apple platforms, with experience engaging deeply in architecture and code when needed, ensuring your team is positioned for success.
- Customer-Centric Vision: You'll bring a passion for improving customer experience at every touchpoint, with the ability to synthesize complex product and technical requirements into comprehensive solutions.
- Track record of Multi-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with diverse teams, including design, product, and other engineering functions, to build and deliver on shared goals.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ year managing other managers
- 5+ years developing iOS, macOS or tvOS applications
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript
