The RDM team create and care for Apple Stores that look, feel, and function as beautifully as our products. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experience, and driving a global strategy that sets the bar. The Global NSO and Remodel program manager, as a part of the Real Estate, Design, Merchandising (RDM) team, will be involved with identifying, leading and implementing the processes and solutions as they relate to retail store programs, rollouts, and other fleet-wide initiatives. In this role you will play a critical part in implementing strategies, bringing teams together and creating processes that enable each program to come to life. Our team is responsible for managing and driving multiple programs such as new display implementation, rolling out global retrofits to our fleet, and other global programs and initiatives that support our retail stores.

Description

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a larger cross-functional team, while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact and influence all levels in the organization. In this position you will: -Lead assigned programs from inception to completion, including intake, due diligence, holding core team meetings, developing a program plan of record, ensuring successful implementation in the stores. -Assess and analyze program opportunities to drive improvements and influence change from a process, cost and quality perspective -Champion and develop collaborative relationships with corporate partners, field teams and vendors globally to ensure delivery of the best possible experience for Apple Retail customers -Maintain an intimate knowledge of all aspects of Apple Retail stores in an effort to identify and support business needs -Be persistent in accomplishing program objectives despite obstacles and setbacks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • 5 years prior retail leadership experience and/ or 5 years of project management experience

  • Strong project/program management skills including establishing strategy, goals, execution and reporting
