The Technical Program Manager will engage with supplier engineers and the Apple cross-functional team to support development of core technologies that create new experiences for our customers. You will act as a link between Apple Design and supplier manufacturing processes, focusing on the details that produce brilliant products through high-volume manufacturing.

Description

- Production process development, documentation, optimization and validation for modules - Development and implementation of new technologies, equipment, and procedures to enhance production quality, capacity and efficiency - Optimization of assembly fixtures to ensure correct assembly and product performance for parts off the line - Analysis of potential operations improvement opportunities through detailed review of production data - Project leadership, including opportunity analysis, planning, schedule, resources, implementation, and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Mechatronics, or Industrial preferred), or graduate degree in supply chain and/or operations.
  • Relevant knowledge in manufacturing products, such as prototyping, machining, or automation.
  • Must be proficient in Tableau, able to create and interpret data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Must have relevant project management experience.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment.

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing operations experience a plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of product design, and design for manufacturability.
  • Knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • Proficiency with data analysis using excel, JMP, or Minitab
