Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant RF/Wireless/Satellite experience in communications and/or hardware technology industries
- 5+ years of experience running global multiple end-end complex technical and non-technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working on regulatory and compliance-focused projects.
- Demonstrated track record in regulatory and spectrum procedures
- Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering team collaboration.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly organize and convey information across functions and levels.
- Excellent organization skills with acute attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- MSEE/MBA preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes
- Technical project/product management experience
- Experience in one or more of: terrestrial wireless regulation, satellite regulation, international spectrum policy, regional regulatory groups, RF Design/architecture, wireless system design, or related field
- Participation in ITU-R working parties and study groups
