Description
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing technical / engineering program managers, and leading highly efficient & impactful teams
- 10+ years experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains
- A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority
- Experience leading large scale Infrastructure programs with focus on Cloud environments
- Exceptional organizational & engineering project management skills, with deep technical acumen
- Experience prioritizing features, and leading & presenting technical roadmaps
- Self-motivated and proactive with validated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes is highly desirable
- Agile project experience with ability to demonstrate knowledge of SCRUM methodologies and/or played the role of a Scrum Master is plus
- Ability to handle & deliver multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure projects, partnering with communities comprising of various engineering teams and their extended technical teams
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects; building roadmaps through to operational sustainability
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements gathering sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent experience
