Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science/other similar technical degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
- Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
- Experience leveraging data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
- Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and project management methodologies
- Comfort with emerging technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
- Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
- Experience delivering marketing capabilities on large e-commerce websites, apps, or CRM platforms.
