Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Technical understanding of enterprise software and especially integration technologies such as EDI, API, Web-services, FTP, web portals
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, reverse flow
- Experience in cross-functional portfolio and global program / project management and delivery to the level that they can set standards, propose policy, and coach others

- Ability to operate independently with conviction and drive teams to the right levels of quality in delivery even under pressure.
- 8 years+ experience working at the intersection of supply chain/logistics and technology coupled with project/program management experience Prior hands-on manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience in the electronics industry and/or supply chain consulting experience
- Experience in managing Asia and India suppliers/partners in an outsourced supply chain model Additional language fluency Experience leading and developing talent
- Master degree in Business (MBA), Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Professional Certifications in Project Management (PMP) and/or Supply Chain (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, SC Pro)
