Description
Minimum Qualifications
- BS with 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Extensive programming experience in C, C++, Matlab, Python, or comparable languages
- Skilled at driving cross-functional decision-making and collaborating with various test teams (upstream/downstream) to develop a comprehensive end-to-end product testing strategy
- Hands on experience with RF lab equipment and bench validation, skilled in working with and programming high-volume automatic test equipment (ATE) testers such as LitePoint, Advantest and Teradyne
- Experienced in data and yield analysis, with proficiency in JMP, Tableau, or similar tools.

- Deep understanding of wireless technologies
- Highly self-motivated and capable of leading vendors, test partners, and establishing effective test strategies
- Exceptional expertise in hardware and software integration, problem-solving, and optimization
- Well-versed in the design, validation, and debugging of DUT control boards
