Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Software & Hardware that interfaces & controls instruments
- Critical Technical skills
- - Software development using C/C++ (embedded & industrial control)
- - Electronics debugging tools (DMM, Oscilloscopes)
- - Circuit & electrical engineering fundamentals (schematics/data sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills to debug and perform failure analysis across a variety of engineering domains
- - Experience in design of experiment (DOE) and other problem-solving processes
- - Able to understand and perform statistical data analysis (eg. JMP, Minitab, R)
- Able to make international travel to Asia, up to 10% of the time
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- - Experience with Objective C and Mac Software development workflows
- - Experience in firmware development (knowledge of I2C, SPI, and other protocols) in data acquisition & measurement applications
- - Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics projects
- - Background with Touch or Sensing Technology
- - Experience with digital signal processing or image processing
