Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in US Sales Finance partnering with our world-class sales team, driving sales growth, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering superior return on investment for Apple through the US Carrier channel. A successful candidate must be an independent, highly motivated, team oriented individual who will become a proactive business partner supporting both our US Reseller Sales team and our Worldwide Sales Finance team. The position reports to US Carrier Finance Manager and requires extensive financial modeling, market analysis, competitive assessments, reporting, and presentation skills. This role partners closely with US Sales & Finance Management to drive overall company objectives. This includes, but not limited to: - Partnering with Sales leaders to develop and deploy sales initiates that will drive profitable growth within the carrier channel - Partner with business development & research teams on innovative initiatives impacting the US Carrier RTM - Delivering superior return on investments in the carrier channel (demand generation funding, front margin, back margin, channel programs, deal desk, OPEX, etc.) - Providing key input into the weekly, quarterly and long range forecast process for this business segment - Ensure that all channel investments are properly accounted for via contra revenue, OCOGS and/or OPEX - Develop, deploy and monitor sales programs (merchandising, staffing, training, etc.) - Ensuring that channel partners are compliant with their relevant terms and conditions - Working with Sales, Credit and Legal on any business risks and ensuring that we have a mitigation plan - Providing key analysis and commentary on the state of the business, risks and opportunities for our executives

Minimum Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of experience in a fast moving, high growth environment.
  • Experience collaborating with business partners in sales, operations, legal and marketing teams.
  • Team player, excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working experience with Carriers and/or smartphone OEMs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

Finance Degree, MBA, or relevant advanced Degree highly preferred.
