THE ROLE:
Our NTSG - Network Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager 2 who will help lead AMD’s media planning and buying as well as develop the content strategy and manage the agency interaction required to bring it all together across paid and earned channels.

THE PERSON:
The ideal person for this role will be innovative and solutions-oriented, always looking to do things differently and better. Critical thinker with problem solving skills. Collaborative with the ability to effectively lead cross- functional and external partners with the confidence to present to Senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, develop and implement paid media strategies across brand, business units and geographies in partnership with our media agency.
• Serve as the point of integration across our various agencies
• Implement integrated and innovative communications across various digital media/platforms that align with the AMD brand and present compelling information and stories that weave BU portfolio together with AMD's broader story.
• Recommend and implement improvements for process and productivity optimization.
• Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Responsible for uploading video footage to secure server
• Pitching ideas with creative team and internal clients for driving best solution to meet the request.
• Taking compelling product photography as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Extensive experience in media agency experience with global accounts in a media strategy role
• Hands on experience with planning and implementing a successful global digital media strategy
• Proven experience at meeting deadlines, adjusting priorities, and working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Practical experience with marketing technology
• Mastery of video equipment and lighting setups
• Motion graphics skills

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred
