Amazon Health Finance works with Health's leadership to deliver performance insights, lead strategic planning, and drive financial controllership. We are hiring a Finance Manager to partner with our Performance and Brand Marketing team. The role will provide strategic guidance and thought leadership for short and long-range investment decisions, build mechanisms and tools to surface key analytical insights, dive deep into large sets of data, prioritize and deliver projects that aim to continuously improve our scale and efficiency, and manage the controllership. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, immense curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, and superior verbal and written communications skills. The candidate should also have a strong bias towards data-driven decision-making and be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key job responsibilities
The Growth Marketing Finance Manager has the following responsibilities:
- Partners with Sr Marketing, Business, and Finance leaders to develop investment strategies that drive profitable growth.
- Drives investment strategy discussions via insightful and relevant analysis on historical and projected performance
- Leads Marketing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across AHS business verticals
- Provides strategic guidance on marketing return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value optimization.
- Leads regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and provide actionable insights. Conducts scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to inform marketing investment decisions.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration with marketing, analytics, and product teams to optimize resource allocation.
