The Prime Acquisition team is responsible for expanding and enhancing Prime member acquisition across all Amazon owned locations. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager- Technical to improve the CX of existing Prime member acquisition messages, and identify new acquisition opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a results-oriented PM who has experience building customer facing CXs, is comfortable with technical and business complexity, and is able to earn trust of their numerous stakeholders. This position is responsible for owning and developing a three-year vision, product roadmap, and will enjoy a high amount of autonomy. They will also work closely with country and regional operating teams to address growth opportunities and challenges worldwide.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders across Amazon to create and drive the strategic vision for WW Prime member growth.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with building customer facing experiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
