Product Marketing is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for AWS and its services. We tell AWS’s most important and interesting stories to educate customers about what is possible when you build on AWS.



Key job responsibilities
• Craft and execute campaigns and leverage organic channels to reach our customers and help grow their understanding and usage of AWS services
• Own messaging and position of related services
• Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
• Develop detailed campaign project plans, creative briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, adoption campaigns, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule
• Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for related campaigns
• Work at both the strategic and tactical level of champion bold and creative ideas
• Work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, digital marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals


A day in the life
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for (your business), you will have the opportunity to define and drive the marketing strategy for one of the most transformative AWS services that brings AWS infrastructure and services to customer premises to deliver a truly consistent hybrid cloud experience (replace with your business as necessary). You will be creating the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and building the right marketing programs to drive customer engagement and service adoption. You will also work with the engineering teams to shape the product vision and prioritize features. You will get to work on a new and rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Are 18 years of age or older

Currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application with anticipated graduation dates between December 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026.

3+ years of full-time industry work experience, which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master’s program, OR 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA or master’s program.

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as computer science

Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ year’s experience in product marketing for services targeting end users

• Experience with cloud and data center infrastructure technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61.83/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $102.21/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
