The Selling Partner Support Finance team is looking for its Senior Financial Analyst FP&A. In this role, you will be partnering with our Selling Partner Support Global Footprint team, focusing specifically on the Outsource portion of the operation. This role will partner directly with outsource leadership, who are responsible for handling over half of all volume that comes from our Selling Partners while balancing speed, cost, and quality. Our outsource operation spans across the globe, supporting an operation that runs 24x7 across 17 sites, 22 stores, and 21 languages.
The role is critical to ensure controllership in execution and collecting risk and opportunities and translate them in financial insights to business leaders and finance leadership. You will also have exposure to the core FP&A work across Selling Partner Experience, with VP-level visibility.
Key job responsibilities
- Perform Month end close related activities
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports related to Var. Cost, Fixed cost and HC for US Store and Americas region.
- Partner with WWCS FP&A team on Monthly and Quarterly close / planning activities.
- Prepare initial write up documents and presentations to Americas CS leadership.
- Be a key contributor and representative of Americas Finance team in cross CS projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives, collaborating with other teams.
- Gather risk and opportunities as well as Outlook and Dogs not barking to summarize Region and Store views before final review with Americas FP&A Manager.
- Use your Dive Deep skill to understand variable cost, metrics and others that impact US Store as well as AMERICAS region and drive to conclusions with FP&A Manager.

About the team
The Americas Customer Service Finance team is looking for its Senior Financial Analyst FP&A.
In this role, you will be partnering with our CS FP&A, Operations, Capacity Planning, Human Resources, Operation Excellence teams to name a few. Our operations span from USA to Colombia, South Africa, Philippines … in total 8 countries as well as outsourcing partners across the world.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) and 3+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
