Amazon is looking for a Senior UX Designer to help own associate tooling for new grocery experiences. This role is a stand-out opportunity for a design leader looking to use their chops and rapid experimentation skills to solve real-world customer and associate needs, and uncover new opportunities along the way. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team of designers, product managers, operations team, and software engineers to design, test and iterate the cornerstone experiences of this new initiative.

Key job responsibilities
· Deliver viable designs for new programs and features from concept to deployment. Includes all current and future work across all proprietary business applications for managing a technology-enabled retail experience.
· Work with product management and engineering partners to create solutions that meet a high customer experience bar and fit with technology requirements.
· Deliver detailed design documentation and refined design standards to developers and partners.
· Balance design with retail operational objectives, resulting in extraordinary customer experiences.
· Work with senior management to prioritize your work; solicit and react to feedback, weigh inputs and priorities, and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve healthy debates
· Execute designs across the portfolio and within time constraints
