We are seeking an analytical Sr. Program Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Content Policy Enforcement team to drive high-visibility and strategic programs. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empowering customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

This role will focus on driving large-scale programmatic and strategic initiatives within Prime Video Trust & Safety. As a Sr. Program Manager for Trust & Safety Content Policy Enforcement team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of comprehensive strategies and initiatives to safeguard our service, protect our users, and uphold the integrity of our community. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to identify and mitigate emerging risks, coordinate incident response efforts, and continuously improve our trust and safety capabilities. The candidate must balance high-level, strategic thinking with meticulous, tactical implementation, all while confronting ambiguously defined issues, confronting major obstacles, and quickly adapting to shifting circumstances. A successful candidate will excel in a high-velocity, dynamic business environment, drawing on analytical acumen and resourcefulness to deliver successful results with minimal supervision.

Key job responsibilities
- Defining and Implementing Trust & Safety Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive Trust & Safety strategies that protect the service, users, and brand reputation.
- Process/Program Development: Establish and continuously refine Trust & Safety processes to address emerging risks and user concerns.
- Compliance: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that the organization remains compliant with applicable requirements. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any compliance-related risks.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on content policy initiatives, including key risk indicators, risk trends, and mitigation progress. Present findings to senior management as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the Trust and Safety risk management framework and processes to adapt to evolving business needs and industry best practices. Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned from past experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as product, engineering, business and legal, to advocate for Trust & Safety considerations in the design, development, and implementation of service features and functionalities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, public policy or related field, or 4+ years of related professional experience in a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Experience at consulting firms or equivalent
- 6+ years of program or project management experience at a large global company
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
